PRE WORKOUT
Berry Charge Energy Slush
Flavor: Berry Charge Pre-Workout
Ingredients:
1 scoop Berry Charge Pre-Workout
1 cup ice
1 cup (8 oz) cold water
½ cup frozen berries
Squeeze of lemon (optional)
Instructions:
Add ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add extra cold water up to 16 oz total if you prefer a thinner drink.
Drink 20–30 minutes before training.

Ingredients:

16 oz cold water
3–4 thin orange slices
A few mint leaves
Instructions:

½ banana
