PRE WORKOUT

Berry Charge Energy Slush

Flavor: Berry Charge Pre-Workout

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Berry Charge Pre-Workout

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 cup (8 oz) cold water

  • ½ cup frozen berries

  • Squeeze of lemon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add extra cold water up to 16 oz total if you prefer a thinner drink.

  4. Drink 20–30 minutes before training.

Flavor: Fruit Fusion Pre-Workout

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Fruit Fusion Pre-Workout

  • 16 oz cold water

  • 3–4 thin orange slices

  • A few mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Mix Pre-Workout with 16 oz water.

  2. Add orange slices + mint for extra flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Fruit Fusion Electrolytes

  • 1 cup (8 oz) cold water

Instructions:

  2. Add coconut water to reach 16 oz total.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Berry Charge Creatine or 1 scoop Unflavored Creatine + 1 scoop Berry Charge Pre-Workout

  • 1 cup almond milk or water

  • ½ banana

  • Handful of berries

  • Ice

  • Optional: Extra water to bring total liquid to ~16 oz

Instructions:
